At Edmonton Centre of Hope, our Spiritual & Religious Care Team provides compassionate, inclusive, and confidential support to individuals and families of all faiths and beliefs. We are here to offer guidance, comfort, and encouragement during times of crisis, transition, or personal reflection.

Emotional & Spiritual Support – Helping individuals navigate grief, loss, illness, or personal challenges with care and understanding.

Crisis & Bereavement Support – Offering comfort and presence during difficult moments, including end-of-life care and bereavement support.

Interfaith & Multicultural Support – Respecting and honoring diverse beliefs and traditions to provide personalized spiritual care.

Pastoral Counseling – Providing a listening ear, prayer, or spiritual guidance tailored to each person’s journey.

Hospital & Hospice Visits – Offering bedside support and comfort for patients and families.

Ceremonies & Rituals – Assisting with blessings, memorials, and special religious or spiritual services.

Community Engagement & Advocacy – Helping individuals find meaning, hope, and connection through local churches, Indigenous communities, and other faith-based groups.

Chapel & Worship Experiences – Providing sacred spaces and worship opportunities for personal reflection, prayer, and spiritual renewal.

Spiritual Care Classes – Offering structured sessions, including Grief & Loss Support, Bible Study, and Recovery Workshops, to help individuals grow spiritually and find healing in a supportive environment.
Our chaplains and facilitators create a safe, non-judgmental space where participants can explore spirituality as a source of strength, hope, and renewal in recovery.
